The project was to transform the exterior of the existing dwelling + create a new entry porch for protection to the elements. Minor internal modifications took place to provide better use with the spaces. Materials were an important feature being located in a bushfire zone.
This project was a single storey renovation with a small loft space, which the owners were after a Bali style design.
This project was for a rear addition, new cladding and a new roof to a small cottage.
CARINGBAH SOUTH //
A project that was to create a common space, which can be used as an entertaining room, study or granny flat that connects with both the pool area and existing backyard area.
CARINGBAH SOUTH II //
This project was for the construction of a new dwelling on a sloping site. The concept was to incorporate passive solar design with the use of courtyards to provide adequate natural lighting and ventilation throughout.
This project was for a first floor addition and renovations of the existing cottage. Contemporary material and colours were used to provide a major transformation of the streetscape character. Covered car spaces were essential for this young family, which was to be incorporated into the overall design.
ENGADINE II //
This project was for a first floor addition to accommodate additional bedrooms and allow more living spaces on the ground floor. A separate larger master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe was essential in the transformation so that the kids and parents could have separation in their daily living. Materials and colours were used to modernise the streetscape character.
GYMEA BAY //
This project was to renovate an existing blonde brick single storey dwelling. The owners were after a clean, modern & unique design that provided them with spaces to suit their lifestyle and locality/orientation.
This project was to create a new entry, enclosed garage and outdoor entertaining space with additional modification of internal walls to make better use of the spaces. The site had great northern orientation with views over a valley which was the fundamental focal point in designing the new layout to maximise sun light, views and ventilation.
This project was a large renovation of both external and internal spaces, which included new rear & front balconies, an addition to the garage and internal modifications: The clients were keen in taking advantage of the bush views from the balconies and capturing summer breezes due to the elevated location.

This project was a major renovation of an existing red brick dwelling.
OYSTER BAY //
This was for a first floor addition to an existing single storey cottage that had had previous renovations so it was important to match the new development with the current renovations so that the dwelling appeared as one.
This project was for the construction of a new dual occupancy on a corner property, which the owners were after a traditional contemporary design. Open plan living and outdoor living was essential with the option of a plunge/lap pool in the main dwelling.
CARINGBAH SOUTH //
Internal renovation to convert existing living areas into an open plan living space focused around a new Kitchen.
Demolition of existing dwelling to build a two-storey dual occupancy with 4 bedrooms, open plan living, 2.5 bath & plunge pools. We introduced a central light well to allow natural light to filter into the central areas adjoining the party wall.
GRAYS POINT //
Major renovation of an existing double brick dwelling. Owners vision was inspired by ‘Hamptons Style’ which was a driving factor for the design and to maximise views of Port Hacking River.
